PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pavement structure having water permeability, water holding property and draining performance, including a body part having a side water flow passage and a lid part, which is removably fitted to the body part, and provided with a first vertical water flow passage for guiding rainwater and the other water on the outer surface to a water holding part.;SOLUTION: The reference numeral A is a brick block, and the brick block A includes the body part 1 and the lid part 2 removably fitted to the body part. The reference numeral 3a is an opening part in a side wall of a side water flow passage 3 in the body part 1 later, and the reference numeral 4a is also an opening part in the surface of the first vertical water flow passage in the lid part 2 later.
