ROTOR CENTERING MEASURING INSTRUMENT AND ROTOR CENTERING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotor centering measuring instrument with measuring accuracy enhanced through the elimination of the effect of the occurrence of an axial shift amount of the measured surface during the rotation of a rotor by obviating the need for performing measurement while looking for a measured surface and simply performing measurement in a short time.;SOLUTION: This rotor centering measuring instrument is provided with a recording means and an arithmetic processing means. The recording means is used for recording, as initial values, four-spot measured values obtained by measuring displacement measured at every 90° for four points at four points and at a specific point that rotates in increments of 90°, and not including the effect of differences in the axial shift amount, and, as measured values per rotation angle, measured values including in the effect of differences in an axial shift amount when a 90° rotation is made, differences in an axial shift amount when a 180° rotation is made, and differences in an axial shift amount when a 270° rotation is made. The processing means is used to perform operation for finding averaged values by performing an averaging process on the measured values at respective points by using the measured values recorded in the recording means, performing correction for zeroing the averaged values with one of the respective points used as a reference point, and deleting the difference in the axial shift amount from the averaged values at the respective points by applying the zero correction, which is applied to the reference point, to the other respective points, too.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
