PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable perfect scan without gaps on the one hand and measurement of scattered radiation actually produced for an actually scanned subject on the other hand.;SOLUTION: Radiation intensity of radiation sent out from each focus-detector system is individually varied depending on time centering on an average value 50% larger than the maximum radiation intensity. In each detector, according to that individual temporal variation of radiation intensity does not match the focus-detector system belonging to a detector or individual temporal variation of radiation intensity matches the focus-detector system not belonging to the detector, a scattered radiation rate from the other focus-detector system not belonging to the detector is determined.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
