PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power failure handling system properly and quickly collect personnel for handling inquiries from customers when a power failure occurs.;SOLUTION: This system comprises a communication part 11 which receives power failure information covering power failure sections from a power distribution automation system 2, a required personnel calculation program 13 which calculates the number of personnel required for handling the power failure concerning the power failure information based on the received power failure information, a personnel candidate database 12 which stores the information on personnel candidates H1-Hn handling the power failure, and a personnel election program 14 which elects only the required number of personnel computed by the required personnel calculation program 13 as the personnel candidates H1-Hn being suitable to handle the power failure concerning the power failure information, and the system transmits handling directions to the selected handling personnel.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
