VISCOSITY MANAGEMENT METHOD FOR SLURRY FOLLOWING COAL TYPE CHANGE-OVER IN FLUIDIZED BED BOILER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out stable operation and to reduce a burden of an operator by carrying out quick and proper countermeasure operation by clarifying a management criterion of viscosity of slurry when changing over types of coal to be inputted into a fluidized bed boiler.;SOLUTION: Steps S2, S4 are included for judging the viscosity of slurry, and a step is included for correcting the viscosity of slurry to a proper value on the basis of a judgement result of the viscosity of slurry. In the step for correcting the viscosity of the slurry to the proper value, when the viscosity of slurry is below a range of a predetermined value, a moisture content is reduced (S3), and when the viscosity of slurry exceeds the range of the predetermined value, the moisture content is increased (S5) to correct the viscosity of slurry to the proper value.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
