PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively provide a light-weighted water-tightness testing device easy to be operated and carried for an existing pipe, capable of applying high pressure onto an inner circumferential face of the existing pipe, for the purpose of inspecting an intrusion and an ejection in the existing pipe, a system using the water-tightness testing device for the existing pipe, and a water-tightness testing method for the existing pipe.;SOLUTION: The water-tightness testing device 10 for the existing pipe 20 is provided to cover the inner circumferential face 20a of the existing pipe 20 with an annular coating 12. The device 10 has a sleeve 16 installed diameter-expandably in an inside of the annular coating 12, and for bringing a projected close contact part 14 of the annular coating 12 into contact with the inner circumferential face 20a of the existing pipe 20, and a diameter expansion means 18. The diameter expansion means 18 has a body part 24 installed in an inside of the sleeve 16, the moving bodies 26 disposed in every prescribed interval in the body part 24, and provided movably along an circumferential face direction of the sleeve 16, and the sleeve 16 is diameter-expanded by the moving along the sleeve 16 circumferential face direction of the moving bodies 26.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
