PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a job executing apparatus capable of preventing unfair use of the apparatus from occurring after the user is certified, or rapidly coping with the unfair use. PSOLUTION: The job executing apparatus comprises a job executing means 209 for executing a job on image data, an execution indicating and receiving means 201 for receiving an indication of execution of the job to the job executing means made by the user certified by a certifying means 210, and a storing means 208 for storing a noticing address corresponding to user discriminating information inputted for certifying the user. A noticing means 201 performs a notice related to the indication of execution of the job to the noticing address corresponding to the user discriminating information inputted after receiving the indication of execution of the job by the execution indicating and receiving means.
