PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a practical estimation method, device and program capable of measuring a displacement vector of a landslide ground surface, and acquiring a landslide surface from the results accurately and quickly.;SOLUTION: This device has a sectional model generation means 5 for editing data 3 of a ground-surface line or the like, and generating an analysis sectional shape; a measurement data input means 9 for entering measurement data from a displacement measuring means 6 installed on the ground surface; and a sliding surface estimation means 11 for estimating a sliding surface shape based on data from the sectional model generation means 5 and the measurement data input means 9. The sliding surface estimation means 11 includes a setting part 21 of a polynomial of higher degree for setting the landslide surface by a polynomial of degree two in each block, a parameter calculation part 23 for determining a parameter of a polynomial of higher degree by applying a least-squares method in each block, and a landslide surface estimation part 25 for estimating the landslide surface shape by linking calculated polynomials of degree two in each block.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
