PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an infrared optical signal transmitter, an infrared optical signal receiver capable of preventing generation of noise by interference of optical signals between a first optical signal and a second optical signal and infrared optical signal communication equipment combining them.;SOLUTION: The infrared optical signal transmitter 2 is provided with a first optical signal transmitting part 21 (polarizing plate 21c for first transmission that a first infrared emitting diode 21b polarizes emitted infrared light to the first polarizing direction DP1) which transmits the first optical signal LS1 polarized to the first polarizing direction DP1 and a second optical signal transmitting part 22 (a polarizing plate 22c for second transmission that a second infrared emitting diode 22b polarizes emitted infrared light to the second polarizing direction DP2) which transmits the second optical signal LS2 polarized to the second polarizing direction DP2 crossing the first polarizing direction DP1.
