PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a whole-fruit compression-type citrus-fruit squeezing device improved in efficiency in squeezing fruits without changing an entire existing system, citrus fruit juice squeezed with the whole fruit compression-type citrus-fruit squeezing device, and acidic seasoning comprising the citrus fruit juice obtained by the whole-fruit compression-type citrus-fruit squeezing device.;SOLUTION: The whole-fruit compression-type citrus-fruit squeezing device has a coefficient of static friction of a member for compressing the fruit of ≥0.55. The compression member is provided with steps such as grooves or projections, and the step parts has an interval density of ≤3 cm.
