PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a program for judgment of a postoperative functional disorder, a program for outputting a process of improvement, an apparatus and a sheet for the judgment which are useful for objectively grasping the degree of the postoperative functional disorder after a surgery of a cancer of the upper gastrointestine, and to provide a method, a program, an apparatus and a sheet for an epidemiological investigation which are useful for performing the epidemiological investigation of the postoperative functional disorder.;SOLUTION: This invention provides the method and the program for the judgment of the postoperative functional disorder, the program for outputting the process of improvement, the apparatus and the sheet for the judgment which use 20-items of evaluation criteria, and provides the method, the program, the apparatus and the sheet for the epidemiological investigation which are useful for performing the epidemiological investigation of the postoperative functional disorder.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
