PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a massage device for a bathtub which does not make a user feel used to an energizing level so much and can obtain a sufficient massage effect at a prescribed energizing level.;SOLUTION: The massage device 1 for a bathtub comprises two electrode parts 42a and 42b attached to the inner surface of the bathtub 5 and a pulse current supplier 3 for supplying a low frequency pulse current to the two electrode parts. The pulse current supplier 3 has a first pulse pattern current supply function for not generating pulses for a prescribed time after generating the prescribed number of pulses whose output pulse width gradually becomes large, a second pulse pattern current supply function comprising the generation of the prescribed number of pulses whose output pulse width gradually becomes large and the generation of the prescribed number of pulses whose output pulse width gradually becomes small, and a third pulse pattern current supply function for not generating the pulses for the prescribed time after generating the prescribed number of pulses of the almost same output pulse width.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
