PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately exchange game mediums for articles even when the number of the game mediums equivalent to the articles is not an integral.;SOLUTION: A fraction acquisition part 204 acquires a fraction including a decimal generated when exchanging the prizes of each member player from a member player management T/C 10 and informs an addition part 206 of the fraction. The addition part 206 adds the number of stored tokens, the fraction and the number of tokens specified from a receipt, and outputs the number of total tokens to a prize exchange processing part 207. The prize exchange processing part 207 performs prize exchange processing to the number of total tokens. A fraction detection part 209 detects a decimal fraction from the number of the remaining tokens which is not exchanged to the prize and outputs the integral part and the fraction of the number of the remaining tokens separately to an update information generation part 210.
