PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems wherein the development of a rapid technique for distinguishing Pseudomonas aeruginosa from other pigment-producing Pseudomonas is required, especially, the development of a technique for counting live bacteria, important in a food processing field is required. PSOLUTION: The probe capable of judging the specificity of detection-target bacterial species and undetected bacterial species by using an in-situ hybridization method which jointly uses culture is selected in reality.
