PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a collective mausoleum which is in harmony with a natural environment, and which enables many persons' ashes to be placed even on a narrow site.;SOLUTION: This tower-like collective mausoleum 100, which is a penthouse composed of a cylindrical outer peripheral wall 101, comprises a first interior wall 108a which is concentric with the outer peripheral wall 101, and a second concentric interior wall 108b which is positioned on the inside of the first interior wall 108a. A gentle-ascending spiral passage 110 is provided between the outer peripheral wall 101 and the first and second interior wall 108a, and a gentle-descending spiral passage 110 is provided between the first and second interior walls 108a and 108b.
