ARMATURE, METHOD FOR FORMING VARNISH LAYER ON WHEEL USED IN ARMATURE, CORELESS MOTOR, AND BRUSHLESS GENERATOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an armature that has a high breakdown voltage and can be used for a long time, a method for forming a varnish layer on a wheel used in the armature, a coreless motor, and a brushless generator.;SOLUTION: The armature 6 include: a cylindrical coil body 7 and an aluminum wheel 8 whose outer circumferential surface is fixed on the inner circumferential surface of the coil body 7. The wheel 8 has an oxide film layer 29 and a varnish layer 30 formed around the oxide film layer 29. After the coil body 7 is placed around the wheel 8, the wheel 8 and the coil body 7 are bonded and fixed together by thermosetting adhesive 35 applied to the outer circumferential surface of the coil body 7.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
