PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce costs by standardizing the shape and structure of inside and outside fitting seats.;SOLUTION: The inside and outside fitting seat unit used for inside and outside handles consists of a pair of inside and outside fitting seats 2A, 2B, a plurality of connecting poles 21, an inside substrate 10A, a plurality of fastening means 25, and a plurality of fixing means 26. The pair of inside and outside fitting seats 2A, 2B are formed at predetermined intervals in the interior having a through space S, and each of the inside and outside fitting seats 2A, 2B has an engagement part 5 having the same diameter. The outer end 23 of each of the plurality of connecting poles 21 can be screwed to the engagement part, and the inside substrate 10A is provided along the inner surface 1a of the door 1. Then the plurality of fastening means 25 penetrating the inside substrate are each screwed to the inner ends 22 of the plurality of connecting poles 21, thus the inside substrate 10A and the outside fitting seat 2B are connected to each other by the plurality of fastening means 25.
