PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a brazed body with high joining strength between a stainless steel material and an aluminum alloy material without preliminarily treating the surface of the stainless steel material.;SOLUTION: The stainless steel material is coated, on the surface of a brazing part, with an aluminum alloy filler metal slurry in which a powder aluminum alloy filler metal and a fluorinated flux are suspended in a dispersion medium, wherein the aluminum alloy filler metal contains 23-37 mass% Cu and 4-10 mass% Si and has an average grain size of 10-100 μm, while a fluorinated flux contains ≥11 mass% CsF as solid content. Then, an aluminum alloy material is assembled to the brazing part coated with the filler metal slurry. The assembled unit is heated in a condition of holding for a period not longer than two hours at 530-580°C.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
