PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently manufacture a bias tire for emergency having durability against temporal deterioration under storage. PSOLUTION: A rubber layer 32A is arranged between a carcass ply main body part 30B and a ply end 30E of a folded carcass ply 30A positioned in a radially inner part when a tire is molded. This rubber layer 32A can suppress drawing-in of an inner liner rubber 18A caused by movement of the ply end 30E during vulcanization and can make the gauge of the inner liner 18A constant. As the gauge of the inner liner 18 in a product tire becomes constant, durability against temporal deterioration under storage becomes excellent. PCOPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
