PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a folding precision inspection device of a case making machine which can certainly detect a folding precision failure of a corrugated cardboard case including a faulty size fold in a manufacturing process and can eliminate the restrictions to the structure of a machine and a manufacturing process, and a folding precision inspection method, a case making machine and a folding precision adjusting method. PSOLUTION: This folding precision inspection device of the case making machine is a device to inspect the folding precision of a folding part on both sides, in the width direction, of the corrugated cardboard case 1 folded by the case making machine. In addition, the device comprises a relative position detection means 20 which detects the relative positional relationship between the end portions of both flap parts 1A and 1B superposed vertically over each other on both sides, in the width direction, of the corrugated board case 1, and a quality acceptability deciding means which decides the acceptability of the folding precision of the folding part, based on the relative positional relationship of the end portions of the flap parts 1A and 1B detected by the relative position detection means 20.
