PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluororesin-based thermosetting powder coating composition exhibiting excellent stain resistance.;SOLUTION: The fluororesin-based thermosetting powder coating composition exhibiting excellent stain resistance comprises 100 pts.wt. of a resin composition comprised of (a) 65-95 wt.% of a crosslinkable reactive group-bearing fluororesin having a fluorine content of 10-30 wt.% and a glass transition temperature of 30-85°C and (b) 5-35 wt.% a curing agent capable of reacting with the crosslinkable reactive group of the fluororesin to form a crosslink, and incorporated therewith, (c) 0.1-10.0 pts.wt. of an alkyl silicate mixture as a hydrophilizing agent comprised of 45-79 wt.% of an alkyl polysilicate compound, 5-20 wt.% of a tetraalkoxysilane compound and 1-50 wt.% of a linear alcohol.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
