ENLARGED-DIAMETER SIZE MEASURING INSTRUMENT OF HOLE FOR ENLARGED-DIAMETER CAST-IN-PLACE PILE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an enlarged-diameter size measuring instrument for measuring the size, etc. of a pile bottom part of a hole for an enlarged-diameter cast-in-place pile made by waterless-digging the ground.;SOLUTION: This enlarged-diameter size measuring instrument comprises an imaging means mounted on an end of a kelly-bar, etc. of a boring machine and housed in a casing, a rule for pile diameter checking placed outside the casing, a tilting means for the rule, and an output display means with an image taken by the imaging means projected thereonto. The casing is mounted on the end of the kelly-bar, etc., and moved downward in the hole for the pile in a state of small-diameter position with the rule upward inclined. When the casing reaches an enlarged-diameter part, the rule is gradually brought down to a horizontal position and brought into contact with a hole wall, and the kelly-bar is turned. A state in which the rule is in contact with the hole wall is imaged by the imaging means over all around the hole wall and is projected onto the display means.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
