PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a member enabling a method for detecting joining defective part in which joining defect of a joining part can simply and surely be detected during joining operation and after joining operation when carrying out waterproof treatment by using a waterproof sheet composed of a thermoplastic resin or a synthetic rubber. PSOLUTION: A welding agent, an adhesive or a sealing agent is used when carrying out waterproof treatment by using a transparent upper attaching waterproof sheet and lower attaching waterproof sheet each composed of the thermoplastic resin or the synthetic rubber. The welding agent, the adhesive or the sealing agent comprises a substance (hereinafter referred to as a luminescent material) emitting visible light when irradiating it with light.
