PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a timing chart analysis support system suitable for the understanding of a circuit operation by automatically displaying an auxiliary line on a waveform chart.;SOLUTION: This timing chart analysis support system 1 is configured to support the analysis of waveform charts of a plurality of signals relating to a circuit as the object of analysis, and provided with an event extraction part 13 for extracting a plurality of events satisfying prescribed event extraction conditions from the waveform data of each signal or the combination of portions of a plurality of signals; a virtual event extraction part 3 for extracting a virtual event from a signal related with each event on the basis of the circuit diagram of the circuit being the object of analysis; a dependency generation part 17 for generating the mutual dependency of the event/virtual event; and a display controller 5 for making a display device display the dependency generated by the dependency generation part 17 with the waveform data.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
