PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a horizontal resistance deriving device, a horizontal resistance deriving method and a horizontal resistance deriving program, capable of easily deriving horizontal resistance of a pile, without requiring an experiment and an FEM analysis.;SOLUTION: Shape information of indicating a shape of the pile including a virtual pile existing virtually, is inputted via a keyboard 14 and a mouse 16, as existing virtually in a state of extending the pile in a footing for arranging the pile as a calculation object of a predetermined physical quantity indicating horizontal resistance to seismic force. A CPU 22 calculates the predetermined physical quantity of the pile by a predetermined theoretical expression by using the inputted shape information, and displays the predetermined physical quantity by a display 18.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
