PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the durability of a part where a rail flow is repaired by cutting.;SOLUTION: This rail flow repair method comprises a correction process for setting a lower end of a rotary cutter, having thickness being larger than width of rail flow 11d from a jointing face 11c to a position, having larger depth than depth of the rail flow 11d from an upper face of a head part of a rail 11 at a position that does not have a rail 11, by using the rotary cutter, setting a sidewall face of the cutter to the same face as the joint face 11c, and feeding the cutter along the joint face 11c to cross the head part of the rail 11, while keeping the lower end of the cutter at fixed height to cut and remove the rail flow 11d or an insulation material 12 and form a corrected groove 13 and a repair process for inserting a repair plate 14 into the corrected groove 13 and sticking the repair plate 14 to the corrected groove 13, by using adhesive 15 to repair the rail flow.
