PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for enabling a bidder to fast win a bid when a real estate is bid in an internet environment.;SOLUTION: A real estate agent who wants to sell a real estate by auction in the Internet environment can obtain the attendance and cooperation of a real estate agent who is skillful in finding a purchaser by abandoning a brokerage fee which the selling agent is supposed to receive from a purchaser, resulting in fast selling. A site operator constructs an environment where these are easily recognized at a first glance, and the usage of a site system is valid only if a site system is selected by a real state exhibitor.
