PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible optical waveguide film which is made thin and compact with a large freedom of routing, an optical transmission/reception module, a multichannel optical transmission/reception module, and to provide a method of manufacturing the flexible optical waveguide film easily and simply.;SOLUTION: The flexible optical waveguide film 10 has light incidence/emission parts 11a and 11b arranged on one end part of a dual waveguide core 11 and an optical path transformation part 12 composed of a cavity in the light incidence/emission parts 11a and 11b. The light incidence/emission end face of each of the light incidence/emission parts 11a and 11b is provided in a plane directed toward an optical path transformation face which composes a part of the peripheral face of the cavity.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
