Since the clutch release bearing device is formed in the dimension and shape that the limiting part 26a can be involved in the cutout 43a when it is projected in the axial direction, a disk part 43 can extend through the limiting part 26a without interfering with each other. A reinforcement member 40 is rotated 90° around the body 21 after the disk part extends through the limiting part 26a, the cutout 43a is positioned just oppositely to the projection 22 of a guide sleeve 20.
