PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gray-scale voltage producing module, to provide a liquid crystal display device provided with the gray-scale voltage producing module, and to provide a driving method of the liquid crystal display device.;SOLUTION: The gray-scale voltage producing module includes: a voltage distributing means 1100 of outputting a plurality of distribution voltages via a first variable voltage distributing part 1110, a fixed voltage distributing part 1120 and a second variable voltage distributing part 1130 which are connected in series between high and low potential voltage sources; and a voltage output means of outputting a gray-scale voltage by using the distribution voltage of the voltage distributing means 1100, wherein each of the upper variable voltage distributing part 1110 and the lower variable voltage distributing part 1130 is provided with a plurality of variable resistances 1101 which is connected in series and the fixed voltage distributing part 1120 includes a plurality of resistance parts 1102 which is connected in series.
