PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for predicting a possible disease based on individual physical information, and selecting optimum examination items in view of the prediction result. PSOLUTION: An examination item database storing two or more kinds of examination items to examine a predetermined disease in association with attributes of the examination items is preliminarily prepared. A disease incidence probability of the predetermined disease is calculated based on the individual physical information, a criterion for selecting examination items for the predetermined disease is generated based on the calculated disease incidence probability, and examination items having attributes satisfying the criterion are searched from the examination item database.
