PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic circuit cooperation analysis program for performing an accurate analysis.;SOLUTION: The electromagnetic field circuit cooperation program for allowing a computer to execute analysis processing comprises: a step (S802) for performing a first electromagnetic analysis to the electric field of a cell other than circuit cells where a circuit element is inserted in a plurality of cells in a region to be analyzed divided into a plurality of cells; a step (S804) for performing a circuit analysis by updating the value of a current source at the current time point by using an interpolation expression by the current value of a circuit cell in a prescribed period including the current time point and a relational expression in an electromagnetic analysis in the circuit cell; a step (S806) for performing a second electromagnetic analysis for the magnetic field of the cell, based on the results of the step for performing the first electromagnetic analysis and the step for performing the circuit analysis; and a step (S810) for repeating a step for performing the first electromagnetic analysis, and a step for performing a second electromagnetic analysis until prescribed conditions are met.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
