This invention being the method of collecting the anionic characteristic fluorine conversion surface active agent from the basic anionic exchange resin which possesses the fourth class ammonium basis, the said anionic exchange resin offers the method of including the fact that it elutes with the ammonium salt and the composition which contains the water miscibile organic solvent. The method due to this invention can give the advantage of 1 or more or less. For example, the said method can be designed in order to make that substantially all fluorine conversion surface active agents are collected from the basic anionic exchange resin which possesses the fourth class ammonium basis possible. In addition, the liquid which is used in order to collect the surface active agent from the anionic exchange resin, easily, is the simple liquid which cost efficiently can be produced. Furthermore, this process can be executed being convenient, with easy manner. On that, the said method, usually, does not need the abundant elution composition.
