PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To disclose technique for totally visualizing purposes and background of policy implementation as a map of policy information in which purpose and background are connected to means as a map of policy information in order to share information about the individual policies in the public policy by citizens, a local government and among departments of the local government.;SOLUTION: The map of policy information to be visualized is called as a policy information map, created by classification technique of map information about the policies, systematization technique of the map of policy information and total display technique of the policy information map, in the classification technique of the map information of policies at a first stage, the map information is classified into information about a purpose of policy formation and information about a means for policy implementation, in the systematization technique of the map of policy information at the second stage, a plurality of policy information maps are systematized by combination of vertical axes by every execution department and horizontal axes like crossing the departments, in the total display technique of the policy information map at a third stage, each policy information map is totally displayed as the policy information map by utilizing a GIS and a Web page.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
