PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical waveguide structure that properly maintains a fixed power of an optical isolator, even when the optical isolator is miniaturized.;SOLUTION: The optical waveguide structure 1 includes a fiber stub 3, arranged in the middle of the axial direction that is in the inner circumference side of a sleeve 2 along an optical waveguide direction, and the optical isolator 5 that is abutted against an end surface of a light-incident side of the fiber stub 3 and intercepts light reflected from a network side. A support 4 that supports the optical isolator 5 is arranged on the light-incident side of the fiber stub 3, the support 4 is fastened to the sleeve 2, fiber stub 3 and optical isolator 5, and the optical isolator 5 is embedded in the support 4.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
