In the PET tomography device, true dispersion (TS) and (R) of accidental occurence the truth regarding the event which includes the collapse event (T) the new method of offering the selection of the collapse event is offered. Because of this, sensitivity of the PET scanner and it is possible to improve resolution. The above-mentioned method in order to decide the angle of radiation of the x-ray which is received in the detector, includes the expedient which reconstructs Compton scattering interaction in the detector. In addition, in the above-mentioned method, it is possible to be able to use the polarized light effect of the line and the recoil data of the electron which it is related with proton decay and Compton scattering. In the occasion where PET is used by using the polarized light effect of the line, it is suitable to the T event it is possible to improve the quality of the data which is selected. On the one hand, it can also control the data which is suitable to TS and the R event simultaneously.
