PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable terminal equipment using a fuel battery, a fuel battery system for portable terminal equipment, and an electronic equipment using the fuel battery, capable of surely maintaining the space part, without narrowing the space between a vent hole of fuel battery cells and the inner surface of a battery container at the opening of a battery lid. PSOLUTION: The portable terminal equipment using a fuel battery is provided with a battery container 16 that uses a fuel battery cell unit, having fuel battery cells. A space part 49 is formed in between the inner surface of the battery container 16 and the fuel battery cell unit 30, when the latter 30 is inserted into the former 16. This space part 49 is formed as a protruded part 39, provided in the fuel battery cell unit 30 and the inner surface of the battery container 16 coming into contact with each other.
