PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit verification system, a circuit verification method, a circuit configuration information generation apparatus, a control apparatus, a circuit configuration information generation program and a control program that can change internal signals of a circuit to be verified which are output from a programmable device, in verifying operation of the circuit to be verified on the programmable device, without requiring repeated compiling and directly modifying compiled circuit configuration information.;SOLUTION: An RTL source file describing a circuit configuration of a circuit to be verified and an observation signal setting file describing observation signal names and output bit positions are acquired. Specified internal signals are output from the circuit block in the uppermost layer of the circuit to be verified and MUX0 to MUX127 and a control register 110 are added to generate a verification RTL source file in a circuit configuration adapted to select and output some of the plurality of observation signals.
