PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processor with an encryption function, an encryption device and a processing program with an encryption function for suppressing the illegal use by the others of processing instruction data without requiring any high level processing capability or any long processing time.;SOLUTION: This processor 1 with a data encryption function is provided with a CPU 10; a storage part 11; an input part 12; and a processing part 13. The storage part 11 stores a device control program 110 and processing instruction data 112 or the like. The CPU 10 is made to function as a processing instruction data generation means 101 for generating processing instruction data 112 by embedding user ID in a password; a processing instruction data encryption/decryption means 102; and a processing instruction data execution user authentication means 103 for, when a user executes the processing instruction data 112, authenticating the user by collating the user ID input from the input part 12 with the user ID embedded in the password of the processing instruction data 112.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
