PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a domestic non-industrial waste collection system and collection method presenting refuse collection information to local residents in addition to appropriate evaluation of the collection amount of domestic non-industrial waste by a refuse collecting vehicle, elimination of mixed loading of business non-industrial waste and extermination of a refuse collection failure.;SOLUTION: A municipality 11, a collecting-transporting company 21 and an information management center 31 are connected in a bidirectional information transmitting/receiving manner through a communication network 41. The refuse collecting vehicle 24 side is equipped with a handy terminal 27 acquiring stop-by information from an IC tag installed at a storage place of domestic non-industrial waste, and a GPS on-vehicle terminal 26 and a packet communication terminal 28 transmitting the acquired information to the information management center 31 side. Collection weight is appropriately evaluated based on registered weight of the refuse collecting vehicle 24 and the weight after collection, and the progress situation of collection work can be presented to the local residents while monitoring the presence of a mixed loading possibility of business waste in real time.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
