PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To forcibly improve information security and to prevent secret leakage by enabling electronic mail communication records and contents to be automatically preserved and backed up and enabling communication contents to be retrieved, by operating a system or providing a server for automatically preserving a history and contents of electronic mail to be transmitted and received.;SOLUTION: An electronic mail system is installed in an individual house or organization or installed in an Internet service provider, such that even an individual or organization is enabled to manage all electronic mail transmitted/received by all members at one place. Not only a history of the electronic mail but also text and attached documents can be preserved, such that a history and contents of communications using electronic mail can be referred to and are also available as evidence in case of emergency. Furthermore, if it is well known that the system is operating, the effect of preventing secret from being leaked from the inside of a company can also be expected.
