PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a single array to make correction by itself by removing influence of intercoupling between array elements of an array antenna. PSOLUTION: Terminal currents of a plurality of array elements are classified into a true reception current which flows when an array element is present and operates alone and a re-radiation current which flows owing to intercoupling to determine a terminal pair circuit model to which the re-radiation current flows. Then the total voltage of a voltage developed as a re-radiation current flows to input impedance ZSBin/SBof an array element of the terminal pair circuit model and a reception open voltage induced with a re-radiation current flowing to other array elements is found, a re-radaition impedance matrix which represents the voltage-current relation between the found voltage and the re-radiation current flowing to the array element is found, and the found re-radiation impedance matrix, load impedance of the array element, and input impedance of the array element are used to calculate a correction matrix C for the array antenna comprising L array elements.
