PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To present multiple real-time information on route search results in a short time. PSOLUTION: The route search system server 50 receives from a mobile terminal 10 information on a delay occurrence time, a delay occurrence cause, a station name, a route name, an arrival time/a departure time, and a destination, compares the shortest route search results obtained by using a delayed train after a lapse of an estimated stoppage time with the search results of the shortest alternative route obtained by using another route using stoppage time information predicted from the past examples of train delays registered in a database 30, and allows the mobile terminal 10 to display a plurality of shortest route candidates on the basis of the search results.
