PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a viscoelasticity measuring device and a test method of a visco-elastic body capable of evaluating a characteristic of the visco-elastic body in the state where both of static deformation and dynamic deformation are inputted simultaneously.;SOLUTION: The device includes a viscoelasticity testing machine 1 with a sample chamber whose temperature is adjusted for storing a sample of the visco-elastic body to be measured, a driving mechanism for applying a vibrating turning shearing force to the sample, and a converter for detecting a reaction torque generated in the driving mechanism and converting it into an electric signal; a rotating shaft control device 4 for changing a vibration center of rotation of the driving mechanism from an initial position to an optional position; an A/D converter 2 for converting an analog signal equivalent to the reaction torque output from the converter into a digital signal; and an information processing device 3 for storing the digital signal from the A/D converter 2 as data, and performing processing by reading out the stored data after finish of measurement.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
