PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a wiring space by eliminating a connector of a wiring plate while reducing wiring costs.;SOLUTION: The ultrafine coaxial cable harness has a plurality of ultrafine coaxial cables 2, respectively, in which an insulating layer 7, a shield layer 8, and a coating layer 9 are successively provided on the outer periphery of a core wire 6 made of a conductor, and a core wire alignment plate 3 which has a surface 10 formed with each core wire storage groove 11 for holding an exposed part 6a of each core wire 6, exposed from each of a plurality of the ultrafine coaxial cables 2, in an aligned state. The surface 10 of the core wire alignment plate 3 is provided with an adhesive layer 4 for electrically connecting the exposed part 6a of each core wire 6 to a conductor wiring of an object to be connected.
