PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily recognize a speaker when making a multi-party call using an IP phone.;SOLUTION: A packet is received from another speech terminal via the Internet (communication interface 38, CPU 36), and it is judged whether an effective audio signal is included in audio data included in the received packet (decoder 40a, 40b) to specify a transmission source of the received packet (CPU 36).
