PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin-film transistor substrate, capable of preventing flicker and improving reflectance and to provide a liquid crystal display panel including the substrate, and to provide a method for manufacturing the liquid crystal display panel. PSOLUTION: The liquid crystal display panel comprises a thin-film transistor substrate, having a gate line formed on a lower substrate, a data line intersecting with the gate line in an electrically insulated state, a thin-film transistor connected to the gate line and the data line, and a reflecting electrode connected to the thin film transistor and covering the gate line; and a color filter substrate, facing the thin-film transistor substrate through a liquid crystal and including a color filter, formed on an upper substrate facing the lower substrate and a common electrode generating electric field with the reflecting electrode.
