PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film for disturbing the visual sense of birds, which can dazzle the visual senses of the birds to fall into a confused state, thereby repelling the birds, while not dazzling humans, and to provide a bird injury-preventing bag using the film.;SOLUTION: The film for disturbing the visual sense of the birds, comprising a synthetic resin film produced by adding a UV ray-emitting property-having pigment and forming the composition, is characterized by reinforcing the emission of light in a short wavelength region of UV rays to near UV rays to fall the birds into a dazzling state.
