PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To certainly prevent damage in assets caused by operation of a mobile body.;SOLUTION: A mobile management device which stores information on a maintenance area where assets of a maintenance target exist, performs collation of position information of the mobile body and information on the maintenance area, and when there is the maintenance area located within a predetermined limits from the mobile body, creates and transmits approach area information which has information on corresponding maintenance area. Meanwhile a mobile communication device mounted on the mobile body determines whether the mobile body has made inroad into the maintenance area included in the received approach area information and when inroad has been made, an operation stop instruction to stop operation of the mobile body is created and output.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
