PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate an application for a plant monitor and control system more efficiently.;SOLUTION: An application (a CNS logic) for a controller by its component registering means 14, an application (an HMI image plane) for a human machine interface by its component registering means 16, and a definition for a signal to be used in the CNS logic and the HMI image plane by its registering means 122 are respectively registered in a storage in association with each other per each monitor/control target component. If a registered component is selected as a generation target, the signal, the CNS logic, and the HMI image plane of the selected component are respectively generated by an automatic generating means 32 from the definition of the registered signal of the selected component, an automatic generating means 33 from the registered CNS logic of the selected component, and an automatic generating means 34 from the registered HMI image plane of the selected component.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
